Our Return Policy

The customer is only eligible for return and refund if the following conditions are met:

• Jewelry that is engraved, personalized, custom-made, or discounted is not eligible for return.

• To be eligible for a refund, the jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with an undamaged barcode/security label.

• Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 6 of the Dutch Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Directive.

• In case of non-conformity you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation.

• Products purchased via distance selling can be returned within 14 days (except for personalized items).

• If a diamond falls out of the ring and is lost, this is not covered by our return policy. We recommend purchasing insurance. Please report any defects immediately upon receipt by calling +31 45 230 1430 or write to info@enzodiamonds.nl

• Jewelry purchased at a discount cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Returns must be sent exclusively via DHL, insured for the full purchase value. Enzo Diamonds is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.

A statutory warranty period of 2 years applies, depending on the expected lifespan of the product.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by commercial guarantees.

 

 

How to return your jewelry

We offer a 14-day return policy

If you are returning your ring to us for a one-time free resizing, please clearly state the size you would like us to resize your ring to.

For safety reasons, please use the original packaging or a package of similar size to return your jewelry to us.

Please include a note in your package explaining the reason for your return. This will help us process your return more quickly.

Please return all items using a reliable, tracked and insured courier service to the address below
