Best Price Guarantee
BEST PRICE GUARANTEE (NETHERLANDS ONLY)
1. Scope of the Guarantee
ENZO Diamonds offers a Best Price Guarantee for purchases made through its webshop.
If, under the conditions set out below, the Customer finds the same product offered at a lower price by an Eligible Competitor in the Netherlands, ENZO Diamonds will refund the price difference, subject to the limitations of this policy.
2. Claim Period
A claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of placing the order and before shipment (for ready-made products) or before production has started (for custom-made products).
3. Identical Product Requirement
The Best Price Guarantee applies only if the competitor’s offer concerns an identical product, including all relevant characteristics, such as:
-
laboratory-grown diamond(s) with the same carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and certification details,
-
the same grading laboratory (e.g. IGI or GIA), where applicable,
-
the same metal type and purity,
-
the same design, size, and specifications,
-
new and unused condition.
4. Eligible Competitor (Netherlands Only)
An Eligible Competitor must meet all of the following criteria:
-
be a company legally registered in the Netherlands (KvK registration),
-
operate as a professional B2C retailer,
-
ship the product from within the Netherlands,
-
sell directly to consumers from its own stock or production,
-
not act as an intermediary.
Dropshipping models, agents, intermediaries, marketplaces, auction platforms, and private sellers are explicitly excluded.
5. Comparable Total Price
The competitor’s lower price must be:
-
publicly available,
-
inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW), and
-
comparable on a like-for-like total price basis, including mandatory shipping and insurance costs within the Netherlands.
6. Minimum Price Difference
The Best Price Guarantee applies only if the price difference is at least EUR 300.
Price differences below EUR 300 are excluded from this guarantee.
7. Maximum Refund Amount
The maximum refund under the Best Price Guarantee is EUR 1,000 per order, regardless of the total price difference.
8. Exclusions
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
a) outlet, clearance, liquidation, refurbished, used, display, or damaged items;
b) prices subject to memberships, subscriptions, loyalty programs, employee or student discounts;
c) prices requiring discount codes, vouchers, cashback programs, bundles, or conditional promotions;
d) pricing errors, obvious misprints, or non-binding offers;
e) products that are out of stock, unavailable, or not shipped from within the Netherlands;
f) cross-border fulfillment or dropshipping models.
9. Evidence Required
To submit a claim, the Customer must email info@enzodiamonds.nl with:
-
the order number,
-
a direct URL to the competitor’s product page,
-
screenshots clearly showing product details, final price, VAT inclusion, and shipping origin.
10. Review and Refund
ENZO Diamonds will review each claim in good faith and may request additional verification.
If approved, the price difference will be refunded using the original payment method or another method where required by the payment provider.
11. Custom-Made Products
For custom-made or made-to-order products (including engraving), the Best Price Guarantee applies only before production has started, and only if all identical product criteria are fully met.
12. Limitations and Legal Nature

Only one approved Best Price Guarantee claim per order is permitted.

The refund is limited strictly to the price difference, subject to Sections 6 and 7.

This Best Price Guarantee is a voluntary commercial policy and does not affect the Customer’s statutory consumer rights under Dutch law.
